Questions About Our Boxer Puppies
We want every family to understand our process before choosing a puppy. Use the sections below to find helpful answers, then contact us if you need information about a specific puppy.
Boxer Puppy Availability
Do you currently have Boxer puppies available and Where are you located?
Current puppy listings appear on our Available Boxer Puppies page. Puppies marked “Available” may still receive applications, but availability can change quickly.
Contact us to confirm that your preferred puppy is still available before making plans. We are in Sheridan, Wyoming
How many Boxer puppies do you currently have?
Our current website listing includes eight Boxer puppies: four males and four females. Each profile includes the puppy’s name, gender, age, color, personality and current status.
Can you help me choose the right puppy?
Yes. Tell us about your household, lifestyle, children, current pets, activity level and previous dog experience.
We can discuss the personality of each available puppy and help you consider which puppy may be the most suitable match.
Do male and female Boxer puppies have different personalities?
Individual personality is usually more important than gender. Some puppies may be more energetic, affectionate, independent, calm or confident than others.
We recommend choosing based on temperament and how well the puppy’s needs match your household.
Can I request additional photos or videos?
You may ask for additional current photos or videos of an available puppy. Requests are handled based on availability and the puppy’s routine.
Health, Vaccinations and Veterinary Care
Are your Boxer puppies examined by a veterinarian?
Puppies should receive an appropriate veterinary examination before going to their new homes. Buyers should also arrange an examination with their own licensed veterinarian shortly after arrival.
Do the puppies receive vaccinations?
Puppies receive age-appropriate care based on their age and going-home schedule. The new owner should continue the vaccination schedule recommended by their veterinarian.
Keep only the vaccination claims on this website that accurately apply to each puppy.
Are the puppies dewormed?
Puppies may receive age-appropriate parasite care as directed by a veterinarian or established puppy care schedule. Available records should be provided to the new owner.
Do your puppies come with health records?
Each puppy should leave with the applicable health, vaccination and deworming information available for that puppy.
The buyer should take these records to their own veterinarian so future care can continue correctly.
Do you provide a health guarantee?
Our written guarantee explains applicable coverage, time limits, veterinary examination requirements and the responsibilities of both the breeder and buyer.
Review the complete terms on our Health Guarantee page before reserving a puppy.
Are the Boxer parents health tested?
Only list specific health tests that have genuinely been completed and can be supported by records. Health testing of adult breeding dogs is different from routine puppy vaccinations and veterinary examinations.
Information about the adults can be placed on the Our Boxer Parents page.
Are your puppies microchipped?
Microchipping information should be confirmed for each individual puppy. When a puppy is microchipped, the new owner should receive the relevant transfer or registration instructions.
Application, Reservation and Adoption Process
How do I apply for a Boxer puppy?
Choose an available puppy and click the application button on that puppy’s profile. You will be directed to our contact form with the puppy’s name selected.
Complete your name, phone number, email, city and state, chosen puppy and message.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
We review the information you provide, confirm the puppy’s availability and respond using your email or phone number.
We may ask additional questions about your household, experience and plans for the puppy.
Does submitting a form reserve the puppy?
No. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically reserve a puppy. A reservation is only complete after approval and completion of the stated reservation requirements.
Do you require a reservation fee?
Any reservation fee, payment schedule, refund terms and remaining balance should be explained clearly in writing before payment is requested.
Review our Adoption Process page for the current procedure.
Can I reserve a puppy from a future litter?
Future-litter inquiries may be accepted when planned litters are announced. Availability, timing, gender, color and litter size cannot be guaranteed before puppies are born and evaluated.
Do I receive a written agreement?
Important terms involving the puppy, health guarantee, reservation, pickup, transportation and buyer responsibilities should be provided in a written agreement.
Pickup and Boxer Puppy Delivery
Can I pick up my Boxer puppy in person?
Pickup may be arranged by appointment once the puppy is ready to leave. The pickup date and instructions should be confirmed in advance.
Do you offer puppy delivery?
Transportation options may be available depending on location, distance, weather, the puppy’s age and travel requirements.
Review the Boxer Puppy Delivery page for additional information.
What delivery methods may be available?
Possible arrangements may include:
- Pickup by appointment
- Professional ground transportation
- Flight nanny transportation where available
- Another agreed personal transportation arrangement
How much does delivery cost?
Transportation cost depends on distance, route, method, airport availability, scheduling and any required travel supplies.
Provide your city and state through our Contact Us page so the available options can be discussed.
Will I meet the puppy at an airport or receive home delivery?
That depends on the transportation method. Some arrangements may involve airport pickup, while professional ground transport may offer a meeting location or home delivery.
The exact arrival arrangement should be confirmed before transportation begins.
How is the puppy kept comfortable while traveling?
Travel arrangements should consider ventilation, temperature, route length, secure containment, hydration and the puppy’s age and condition.
Travel should only be arranged when the puppy is ready and conditions are considered appropriate.
Bringing Your Boxer Puppy Home
What supplies should I buy before my puppy arrives?
Basic supplies generally include:
- An appropriately sized crate
- Food and water bowls
- The puppy’s current food
- Collar, identification tag and leash
- Safe chew toys and enrichment toys
- Washable bedding
- Puppy pads and cleaning supplies
What should I feed my Boxer puppy?
Begin with the food and schedule the puppy is already accustomed to. Sudden food changes can cause digestive upset.
Any transition to a different diet should be gradual and discussed with your veterinarian.
How often should a Boxer puppy eat?
Young puppies are commonly fed several measured meals throughout the day. The exact quantity and schedule depend on age, body condition, food type and veterinary advice.
When should I take my new puppy to the veterinarian?
Arrange an appointment shortly after bringing the puppy home and within any period required by your written health guarantee.
Take all provided records to the appointment.
How should I introduce my puppy to children and pets?
Introductions should be calm, supervised and gradual. Give the puppy a safe area to rest and avoid overwhelming the puppy with too many new experiences at once.
